Woman Charged With DUI Injuring 13 Cyclists
|
Christine Dahab from Los Angeles, California will face felony charges on December 22, 2011 arising from a traffic collision that took place in Culver City in June.
Dahab was driving under the influence and she hit and injured 13 cyclists.
The District Attorney's office charged Dahab with violating California Vehicle Code Section 23153 (A) [Driving Under the Influence of Alcohol causing injury], and California Vehicle Code Section 23153 (B) [Driving while Intoxicated above a .08 blood alcohol content, causing injury].
Both charges are felonies. Dahab will be formally arraigned at the Los Angeles Airport Court on December 22nd.
