San Fernando Superior Court – DUI cases are arraigned in Department “M” of the San Fernando Courthouse. We have successfully handled thousands of DUI cases in this courthouse. Mr. Hedding recently won a motion to dismiss a DUI case based on an illegal stop by the police. Once the judge ruled that the stop was illegal, all evidence (including our client's breath result, field sobriety test results and statements) where all found to be illegally obtained and the case was dismissed.
